Unfortunately, far too many employees do not have these basic needs met. For example, globally only one in three employees strongly agree that they have the materials and equipment they need to do their work right or that they have the opportunity to do what they do best (Gallup- State of the Workforce Report)

That is correct – only 1 in 3 employees.  So if you had performance gaps in your organization wouldn’t you want to know? Absolutely if you want to stay in business for the long haul.
